The formation of Sea Value Co.,Ltd. marks an important development of Thailand 's processed seafood industry. Sea Value Co., Ltd. was owned by three business partners namely Thailand fisherycoldstorage Plc., Wales & Co.Universe Ltd., and The Chanthaburi Seafood Group. The three companies are recognized as ones of the world's largest producers or called “Rubicon Group”. Rubicon Group is the example of the revalution in Frozen Industry which combined total export value more than $400 million. Rubicon is one of the pioneer who totally step to the new era of Frozen Industry, as Sea Value will do to the Tuna Industry.
